大學(xué)生村官 College Graduates Work as Village Officials
In recent years, being a village official has become the first choice of many college graduates. To this phenomenon, different people have different opinions on it.
近年來(lái)，村官已成為許多大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的首選。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象，不同的人對(duì)此有不同的看法。
Some people hold the positive attitude towards it. First, they consider its an effective way to ease employment pressure in major cities as well as satisfy the need for talent in rural areas. Besides, the government is trying to encourage college students to seek jobs in under-developed regions. Second, college students have a great deal of knowledge which can make contribution to more people. Last but not least, college students also can broaden their eye in the countryside as well as improve their adaptability to different circumstances, both of which are believed to be beneficial to their future development.
一些人對(duì)此持著積極的態(tài)度。首先，他們認(rèn)為這是在主要城市緩解就業(yè)壓力和滿足農(nóng)村人才需求的有效方法。此外，政府試圖鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生在欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)找工作。第二，大學(xué)生擁有可以為人們做更大貢獻(xiàn)的知識(shí)。最后但并非最不重要的，在農(nóng)村大學(xué)生也可以開(kāi)闊視野而且還可以提高他們對(duì)不同環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力，這兩者都被認(rèn)為對(duì)他們的未來(lái)發(fā)展是有益的。
However, others are against it. In their opinion, if college students work as a village official, they cant apply their professional knowledge that they learn in school. Worse still, they cant meet their parents aim that lives a comfortable life in the major city.
然而，另一些人則是持反對(duì)態(tài)度。在他們覺(jué)得如果大學(xué)生做村官，他們不能學(xué)以致用。更糟的是，他們不能滿足他們父母希望他們舒適的生活在大城市中的期待。
As far as Im concerned, I consider working as a village official is worth promoting. Its feasible that some graduates may employ the job as a spring-board in order to receive the favorable treatment. With the participation of so many college students, we have reasons to believe that it will not take unduly long to realize the blueprint of constructing new village jobs for graduates.
我認(rèn)為做村官是值得的。為了得到可觀的待遇，一些畢業(yè)生把這當(dāng)成是一個(gè)跳板也是可行的。有了那么多大學(xué)生的參與，我們有理由相信對(duì)于大學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)構(gòu)建新農(nóng)村的藍(lán)圖并不是夸大的。
