國(guó)慶節(jié)放假通知 英文
根據(jù)國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳通知精神，現(xiàn)將2013年國(guó)慶節(jié)放假安排通知如下：

國(guó)慶節(jié)：10月1日至7日放假調(diào)休，共7天。9月29日(星期日)、10月12日(星期六)上班。
National Day: October 1st to 7 holiday days off, a total of 7 days. September 29th (Sunday), on October 12th (Saturday).
節(jié)假日期間，各單位要妥善安排好值班和安全、保衛(wèi)等工作，遇有重大突發(fā)事件發(fā)生，要按規(guī)定及時(shí)報(bào)告并妥善處置，確保人民群眾祥和平安度過(guò)節(jié)日假期。

“國(guó)慶”一詞，本指國(guó)家喜慶之事，最早見(jiàn)于西晉。西晉的文學(xué)家陸機(jī)在《五等諸侯論》一文中就曾有“國(guó)慶獨(dú)饗其利，主憂莫與其害”的記載、我國(guó)封建時(shí)代、國(guó)家喜慶的大事，莫大過(guò)于帝王的登基、誕辰(清朝稱(chēng)皇帝的生日為萬(wàn)歲節(jié))等。因而我國(guó)古代把皇帝即位、誕辰稱(chēng)為“國(guó)慶”。今天稱(chēng)國(guó)家建立的紀(jì)念日為國(guó)慶。在我國(guó)，國(guó)慶節(jié)特指中華人民共和國(guó)正式宣告成立的10 月1日。
